Ryan Oliveri

Global Head of People Operations and Transformation

Ryan Oliveri is Global Head of People Operations and Transformation with Teneo, based in New York.

Prior to Teneo, Ryan was Global Head of HR Operations, Analytics and M&A at Moody’s Corporation. In his nine-year tenure at Moody’s, Ryan has held a number of additional roles, including the Regional Head of HR for the Americas and Global HR Chief of Staff. He was a member of the HR Leadership Team and responsible for several strategic HR initiatives, including leading HR Transformation programs, enabling Moody’s growth strategy through people integration of M&A deals and implementing various global HR systems and processes.

Prior to Moody’s, Ryan spent 13 years at UBS in various roles in the Human Resources function, including Learning & Development, Talent Management and Business Management. In addition, Ryan spent five years with UBS in Zurich, Switzerland, including a secondment within the Bank for Banks team, focused on sales management and marketing for Financial Institutions payment services.

Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics (with a minor in Computer Science) from Bucknell University.
