Rosie Steele is Principal of the Institute at Teneo, a multi-disciplinary team focused on the development and practice of thinking on reputation and trust.
During her 20-year career in consultancy, Rosie has worked with clients spanning a broad range of industry sectors. She leads projects that help companies develop the reputation strategies that create and protect value and to shape the capabilities needed to deliver these strategies.
Rosie advises clients on the creation of high performing corporate affairs and communications functions. This includes benchmarking functions against peers and best practices, assessing their structures, ways of working, processes, tools and capabilities. Rosie has recently worked with clients on major functional design and re-organisation programmes in the UK and across multiple markets. She also advises companies on strategy development, stakeholder mapping and analysis, issues management and communications planning.
