Ronald Clark

Managing Director

Ronald Clark is a Managing Director with Teneo in San Francisco. Over the last 20 years, Ronald has advised executives on investor relations and corporate financial matters, and counseled public equity investors on their investment decisions in the Consumer, Technology and Media sectors.

Ronald has extensive investor relations leadership experience, having led IR at several consumer technology companies through critical events. He developed Affirm’s IR strategy following the company’s IPO. He reframed Eventbrite’s investment narrative and expanded its investor base as the company recapitalized and restructured its business in the early days of the pandemic. He helped Yelp’s board and executives successfully resolve an activism campaign by deepening stakeholder engagement and revamping the company’s investor messaging.

In addition to leading investor relations teams, Ronald has led the Capital Markets and Corporate Development initiatives at Eventbrite and Levi Strauss & Co., respectively. Ronald began his career as an equity analyst. He served as a Senior Research Analyst at Alliance Bernstein and Kacela Capital, and covered global Consumer and Media companies at J.P. Morgan and Credit Suisse early in his career.
