Robert McLeod

Senior Advisor

Robert McLeod is a Senior Adviser at Teneo, based in Brussels. He brings 30 years of experience as a leading expert on international policy implementation and regulatory risk.

A former Journalist, Robert started his career in the energy sector before spending 13 years at Bloomberg in London, Brussels and Paris covering mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, and antitrust and merger control. He is the founder and former Editor-in-Chief and CEO of global regulatory risk specialist MLex Market Insight. Based in Brussels, Belgium and Washington DC, he led the international growth of the business across five continents before being acquired by Lexis Nexis in 2015. He sits on the boards of a number of high growth companies across several different sectors, including energy, technology and consumer goods and is CEO of Infinite Power, an innovative alternative energy company.

Robert will work alongside the Teneo team to advise businesses on global strategy and risk. He will also play a key role in reinforcing our existing competition and antitrust offering in Brussels, one of the principal antitrust enforcement hubs in the world.
