Rob McCrosson

Director

Rob has more than 17 years of experience in restructuring and financial advisory across a range of sectors. Rob is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

He specialises in supporting corporates and their key stakeholders facing a variety of issues with expertise in forecast, cash and options reviews, financial restructuring, turnaround planning, performance improvement and liquidity management.

 

Selected Project Experience:

  • Project Willow – Lead financial advisor, STCF review, business plan review and ongoing stakeholder management for a UK based CPG business with international operations.
  • Project Bear – Advisor to lenders on a business recapitalisation in relation to a business in the TMT sector.
  • Project Dove – led the delivery of a STCF review, forecast review, STCF monitoring and AMA planning engagement for a UK based household goods importer and wholesaler business that experienced cash flow pressure resulting from cost inflation and supply chain issues.
  • Project Owl – Business plan review and lender options analysis for a UK wide care home provider, including advice on covenant reset.
  • Project Townsend – Business plan review on behalf of a key stakeholder for a large listed automotive retailer in advance of a refinance of its banking facilities.
  • Project Volantes – Business plan review, options analysis and advice to the lenders to a listed aviation services business.
  • Project Quentin – Business plan review of an international car rental business. Performed, a detailed review of the group’s forecast and the key underpinning assumptions.
