Rebecca is a Senior Managing Director at Teneo. She has 18 years experience in advising clients on reputation strategy and campaigning to build trust across diverse stakeholder groups, including employees, customers, NGOs and investors.

Rebecca specialises in developing programmes that help clients unlock value for their businesses. She has experience across retail, consumer goods, food and drink, professional services, third sector and non-departmental public bodies.

Rebecca has extensive experience in helping clients to define, articulate and activate their employer brand and brand purpose. She helps clients to identify and articulate winning strategic positions for their organisation and on the issues affecting their reputation through narrative development, from the environment to change and transformation. Rebecca has also worked with a range of clients to transform the purpose, structure, culture and capabilities of their communications and marketing functions, to make a greater contribution to growing and protecting value for their organisation.
