Vice President

Nour Mortada is a Vice President with Teneo’s Strategy and Communications business, based in Dubai. She is a public affairs professional whose expertise spans government relations, public policy,and strategic communications, advising both the private and public sectors.

Nour specializes in advising government entities on reputation management, crisis communications, media relations and public engagement strategies. Before joining Teneo, Nour served as a Consultant for Public Policy and Government Affairs in Egypt, undertaking projects in the GCC region. In this capacity, she managed accounts for local and multinational companies across various sectors, such as FMCG, Automotive & Mobility, Social Media, Engineering Industries, Sports, and ICT.

Nour’s responsibilities encompassed enabling effective communication between her clients and government entities, including ministries, authorities, security apparatus, and legislative bodies. Her focus was on influencing regulations, enhancing policy visibility, fostering collaboration between the private sector and the government, and advocating for practices that facilitate a business-friendly environment.

Fluent in both English and Arabic, Nour graduated with highest honours from the Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Cairo University, with a major in Economics and a minor in Political Science.
