Neal Rudowitz

Managing Director

Neal Rudowitz is a Managing Director with Teneo’s Strategy & Communications Advisory business segment in New York. Neal advises companies on investor communications and strategy, leveraging his experience from working in investor relations and as a sell-side equity research analyst.

Prior to joining Teneo Neal was a Director in investor relations at PepsiCo for several years where he worked on strategic communications involving a CEO transition, change in vision and strategy for the business, COVID-related crisis communications and numerous M&A transactions.

Neal also spent eight years as a sell-side research analyst at JP Morgan, covering consumer packaged goods companies and four years in FP&A leading a team within JP Morgan’s Asset Management division. Earlier in his career he was Director of Finance and Operations for a high-growth sales & marketing beverage company.

Neal has a B.S. in Finance from Indiana University, and an MBA from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business.
