Misha Bayliss is a Director with Teneo’s Strategy and Communications business, based in London.

Misha works with both public and private companies in the UK and Europe. He has advised across sectors including financial services and consumer, focusing on financial and corporate communications and supporting clients through IPO, M&A, crisis and other high-profile situations.

Misha joined Teneo following the firm’s acquisition of Tulchan Communications in 2023. Prior to joining Tulchan he was an analyst at RBS working on a commercial banking and remediation project.
