Meg Rutherford is an Associate Director in Teneo’s Restructuring Services Tax practice.

Meg joined Teneo in 2021 with the acquisition of Deloitte’s UK Restructuring business. With over seven years of experience, she has a diverse project base, spanning all geographies and sectors including energy, construction, retail, casual dining and aviation. Meg has advised on the tax implications of a range of distressed M&A, insolvency, refinancing, and corporate simplification exercises, working closely with legal and creditor contacts to achieve the commercial aims.

Prior to Teneo, Meg worked at Deloitte in the London Private Markets Tax Advisory business. During this time she gained her Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor qualifications.
