Matt brings over 20 years of management consulting experience, helping clients maximize the enterprise value of strategic investments in products, business operations and technology.
Matt joined Teneo in 2017, and has since served clients in retail, gaming, financial services, and ticketing services.
Matt’s experience spans a broad range of strategic topics and challenges, including: corporate development, product line strategy, new product development, operational risk management, operating and organization model design, business and technology investment optimization, OPEX reduction, strategic sourcing, business capability / architecture strategy, value realization, and complex program mobilization / execution. Matt has deep experience in payments (e.g., charge cards, corporate money movement, B2B payments) and loyalty & rewards. Matt has also served clients in consumer products, retail, media and telecom.
Prior to Teneo, Matt was a Principal at Liberty Advisor Group, where he held several business development and delivery roles. Much of his practice focused on assisting a top 100 global banking & payment company improve results across a range of situations including: business/tech operating model, integrated product launches, product development strategy, operational efficiency/effectiveness, and growing the commercials payments business. Additionally, Matt held several roles in the Accenture Strategy practice.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Science from Duke University and a Masters of Science from Purdue University.
Matt lives in the Roscoe Village neighborhood of Chicago with his wife and twin daughters. He enjoys spending time with his family outdoors in Colorado and Michigan hiking, skiing, and fly-fishing.
