Marvin Wruck is a Vice President with Herter & Co., Teneo´s Financial Advisory business in Germany.

Marvin has more than nine years of experience in corporate and leveraged finance. Prior to joining Herter & Co in 2021, Marvin worked as a Credit Professional at a European Fintech developing bespoke senior and subordinated credit solutions for German SMEs.

Previously, Marvin spent several years in leveraged finance origination and financial sponsor coverage, most recently with Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation. Marvin structured larger mid-cap LBO transactions for private equity clients across a wide range of sectors in the DACH region, either via Unitranche debt solutions jointly provided with Park Square Capital or via typical bank clubs or underwritings.
