Lee Rittenberg is a Vice President within Teneo’s Management Consulting practice.
Lee advises CEOs, C-Suite Executives, and senior corporate leaders on business strategy, organizational structure, and incentive design. His experience includes digital transformations, cost optimization, loyalty programs, and data analytics. Additionally, he assists Teneo with sports sponsorship and business development.
Prior to joining Teneo as a Consultant in 2018, he served as a Talent Consultant at Mercer, counseling clients on executive and broad-based compensation.
Lee graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Management from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
