Kerstin Liehr-Gobbers

Managing Director

Kerstin Liehr-Gobbers is a Managing Director with Teneo in Berlin. Kerstin leads the sustainable leadership practice in Germany, expanding Teneo’s global ESG advisory offering.

Kerstin is a data-driven strategist with over 15 years of cross-sector brand and reputation management experience in fast-paced multicultural and global environments. She has helped some of the world’s most admired organisations to understand their role in business and society, and to build and embed purpose-led strategies that integrate ESG priorities and commercial objectives to deliver broader stakeholder value.

Kerstin joined Teneo from a leading international reputation management consultancy, Reputation Inc., where she was a Partner based in London for the past decade informing clients’ purpose, strategy and leadership capabilities. Prior to that, Kerstin was at Hering Schuppener Consulting in Dusseldorf (now Finsbury), where she was instrumental in establishing the reputation research and insights practice.

Kerstin is a co-editor of Reputation Management, published by Springer, and a member of various task forces promoting the value of wider and deeper stakeholder engagement for sustainable business growth. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Muenster and earned her PhD on the success factors of EU Lobbying in Brussels.
