Managing Director

Kelly Boxall is a Managing Director with Teneo, based in Dubai.

Kelly is an experienced communications professional, having worked in the fields of government, political and general communications, as well as in social and digital media and marketing. Prior to joining Teneo, Kelly worked in Australia, New Zealand and Ireland. She was a senior adviser to three Prime Ministers in Australia and New Zealand, as well as to senior government Ministers and chief executives.

Kelly has extensive experience in crisis and strategic communications,  digital and social media strategy, and media, issues and reputation management. She has led the development and delivery of communications plans and content creation around numerous government budgets and policies and has been involved at the highest level in the government communication responses to several natural disasters and emergencies, including the COVID-19 pandemic and the 2011 Christchurch earthquake.

Kelly studied at the University of Canterbury in Christchurch, New Zealand and holds the qualifications of a Bachelor of Arts and Graduate Diploma of Journalism.
