John Kleineaschoff

Associate Director

John Kleineaschoff is an Associate Director with Teneo in Brussels.

John is a specialist for the healthcare industry. He advises clients on strategic communication, narrative development, and policy and regulatory analysis. He has worked with global pharmaceutical companies and medical device makers on a range of issues such as their corporate positioning on artificial intelligence, value-based healthcare, or market access for pharmaceutical products. In the area of sustainability, John advises clients on their narrative around Europe’s transition to a “green”, circular economy. His work is on the circular economy, corporate sustainable governance and due diligence obligations in the supply chain.

Prior to joining Teneo in 2017, he worked at the boutique consultancy Eacon, where he serviced healthcare professionals’ associations and patient groups in chronic diseases, including in their relationships with the European Commission and Parliament. Among the topics he covered, were European cancer policy and the regulation of carcinogens and health determinants by the European Commission.

John has a Master’s Degree in Political Science. Prior to coming to Brussels, he worked as Trainee at the European External Action Service. He speaks German, English and has a working command of French.
