Jeremy Perron is a Managing Director with Teneo’s Strategy and Communications business, based in Boston. With more than a decade of corporate advisory and financial industry experience, he advises senior management teams and boards of public and private companies on investor relations and strategic communications, including major capital markets events, shareholder activism, management transitions and crisis situations.
At Teneo, Jeremy helps clients navigate complex operational challenges and rising investor expectations through the development of robust value creation strategies. He brings deep expertise in equity story development, investor engagement, and capital markets positioning, enabling companies to articulate long-term value creation frameworks and strengthen their visibility within the investment community. Jeremy has partnered with clients across industries including consumer retail, TMT, multi-industrials, transportation and logistics, and financial services.
Prior to joining Teneo, Jeremy began his career at Foot Locker, Inc., where he worked in Investor Relations and Corporate Finance, focusing on investor communications, competitive intelligence, and strategic and capital planning initiatives.
Jeremy currently serves on the Boston Regional Advisory Board of CareerSpring, a nonprofit that helps first-generation and low-income students launch meaningful careers. He holds a B.A. in Political Science and Spanish from the College of the Holy Cross.
