Leveraging 20 years of experience in the professional services industry, Jennifer works strategically, operationally and tactically to lead business strategies and operations that drive growth, improve productivity and profitability. She has a demonstrated history of enabling organisational success and meeting long-term organisational objectives by aligning people, culture, organisational capabilities, structure and processes.
Previously, as Managing Partner and Board Director of McCann Dublin, she led and had overall responsibility for the Irish office of McCann, the world’s leading advertising agency network. McCann provides an unmatched combination of award-winning creativity, strategic insight and innovation globally, regionally and locally within each of the 120 countries in which it operates.
Prior to her time with McCann, she worked with JWT and started their digital division in Dublin alongside the Head of Digital. Together they recruited and built a 20-person team within 1 year. Jennifer was responsible for driving and championing a digital strategic vision for clients, and by bringing digital to the fore within the agency’s client base was able to deliver revenue growth by identifying integration opportunities. The digital business generated 150% profit growth above forecast within year 1, continuing to 200% growth in year 2.
Jennifer holds an MBA with distinction from Henley Business School, with specialisations in International Business in the Circular Economy, and Branding in Digital Economies. She is a member of the Institute of Directors, an Associate of the Institute of Management Consultants and Advisors, and an Associate of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
