Associate Director

Jennifer Currie is an Associate Director with Teneo in London, having joined Teneo as part of its purchase of Deloitte’s UK Restructuring business.

A chartered accountant with over 8 years of experience, Jennifer works within Teneo’s Performance Improvement team. Her work spans a broad range of engagements including restructuring and turnarounds as well as cash and working capital. Her technical capabilities are coupled with strong project and stakeholder management skills alongside a hands-on approach to supporting management teams.

 

Highlights of recent experience:

  • UK-based business process outsourcer – supported management across several workstreams including a 5-year business planning process, re-financing activities and transformation plans.
  • PE backed multinational aviation services business – worked with management to initially stabilise the liquidity position following the onset of Covid-19 as well as supported the delivery of a rapid reforecast that identified substantial SGA savings.
  • International telecommunications business – provided a rapid diagnostic to understand liquidity challenges, performed a holistic redesign of the liquidity management framework and assisted with the day to day management of liquidity for an extended period.
