Jay Patel

Managing Director

Jay Patel is a Managing Director with Teneo. Jay is a member of the Technology Strategy & Transformation Practice and is responsible for the development of the B2B Data and Analytics sector.

Prior to Teneo, Jay was a Partner at AMR International, a leading boutique consultancy focused on growth strategy and M&A and ran the B2B data, information and technology practice.  At AMR, Jay advised on +100 M&A deals and led numerous commercial due diligence engagements on behalf of corporate and financial investors.  Reviewing hundreds of data and analytics companies seeded her view that there is a generational shift to technology underpinning all industries in a variety of ways and it is a transformative force remaking the world.

Prior to AMR, Jay was an Associate Director at PwC in a multi-disciplinary team providing strategy & valuations advice on the emerging technology sector and began her consulting career at Gemini Consulting. She also worked at KPMG.

Jay received a Masters in Finance from London Business School and a MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Chicago and has a degree in economics from the University of Southampton. She holds a ACA from the ICAEW.
