Jason Fu is Vice President, People Advisory  in Hong Kong SAR.

Possessing a passionate and proactive approach, he currently leads Teneo People Advisory’s knowledge management and client experience agenda through building long-term and robust research capabilities focusing on holistic client delivery across APAC.

Jason brings Teneo a track record in solving organizational challenges through his systematic approach and has developed thought leadership capabilities and solutions actionable at client and industry levels. His capabilities include talent benchmarking, organizational strategy and design, succession planning, people risk management, diversity and inclusion, and cultural transformation.

He is an experienced knowledge and operational specialist with 8+ years of experience developing, coordinating, and improving global capabilities through business planning, research strategy, technology, go-to-market expertise, and service innovation for clients across conglomerates, financial services, technology, and services.

Jason was previously the Global Financial Services Practice Specialist at Egon Zehnder and oversaw the Financial Practice Group’s multi-year plan to augment the performance of the practice. He defined global processes and coordinated the creation and execution of strategies for intellectual capital, business development, account management and client delivery. In addition, he advised a global group of consultants and researchers on local, regional and global assignments. Prior to this, he supported the launch of the Digital Practice within Greater China in developing intellectual property across talent frameworks and cultural workshops to drive talent strategies and cultural change management for clients.

Jason graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Social Sciences from The University of Manchester.
