Harrison Kruger

Associate Director

Harrison Kruger joined Teneo as part of its purchase of Deloitte’s UK Restructuring business.

Since starting his restructuring career in 2017 Harrison has worked on a variety of projects covering Business Transformation, Restructuring Advisory and Insolvency, with a specific focus on options analysis (including contingency planning) and insolvency across consumer facing businesses.

Harrison is a qualified Chartered Accountant by the Institute of Chartered Accountants England & Wales (ICAEW).

Selected Project Experience:

  • Project Trike and Project Fit – Buy-side M&A advice on the potential acquisition of two retail brands from an insolvency process, including due-diligence and bid structure support.
  • Project Fusion – Worked with the senior leadership team of a global luxury business to identify cost reduction initiatives and produce a business case for implementation, considering costs and actions to achieve.
  • Fitness First Part 26A Restructuring Plan – Developed detailed implementation planning to assist with the launch and ultimately successful sanctioning of a Part 26A Restructuring Plan for a UK focused leisure chain, including writing a comparator report and providing input onto the likely relevant alternative should the Plan not be approved.
  • Project Canada – Developed a trading cash flow and intercompany funds flow analysis for a retail property holding company to inform stakeholder negotiations, following the administration of a retailer.
  • Project Jubilee – Relevant alternative report demonstrating scenario analysis and an EOS, to assist the implementation of UK Scheme of Arrangement. This included detailed consideration of possible non-consensual leasehold restructuring cost benefit analysis.
