Freddie Williams-Thomas is a Senior Managing Director with Teneo’s People Advisory business in London and a leader of the firm’s Insurance practice, having joined the business following its acquisition of Ridgeway.
Freddie has operated in the insurance sector for nearly twenty years and is a trusted advisor to boards and senior leadership teams. He specialises in executive and board appointments across retail general insurance, specialty and wholesale (re)insurance, and the UK life and protection market, advising on CEO, CFO and senior functional leadership roles spanning underwriting, risk, operations and technology.
Freddie works with a broad range of organisations, from privately backed ventures to major international insurers, helping them identify and attract high impact leadership talent. He is a strong advocate for inclusive hiring and has a proven track record in supporting clients to broaden and diversify their executive and board pipelines.
Before joining Ridgeway in 2021, Freddie led the Insurance practice at JD Haspel and previously held roles with Sainty, Hird and Partners, The Miles Partnership and Korn Ferry.
Freddie holds a BA in Spanish from the University of Bristol.
