Eric is an Executive Creative Director who has been building brands for more than two decades. Producing compelling creative rooted in business strategy, he helps clients tell their stories with impact and distinction. Armed with innovative thinking, a keen design aesthetic and perpetual curiosity, Eric leads design teams in the creation of large-scale B2B branding programs for Fortune 500 clients in virtually every industry.

He excels in creative strategy, creative direction, client management, team-building and mentorship. He relishes problem-solving—distilling complex business challenges into clear, elegant design solutions. He brings deep expertise in producing communications content across all media: branding, naming and identity, digital, annual and sustainability reporting, advertising, social media, brand and product videos, packaging and trade exhibits.

Most recently, Eric was a Managing Partner and Creative Director at NEO, an award-winning design firm serving clients in the financial services, legal, retail, real estate, and non-profit sectors. In this role, Eric led a dynamic team of designers, illustrators, writers, developers and filmmakers in the creation of multi-platform branding initiatives aimed at engaging the audiences that are critical to a client’s success.

Eric believes in doing good work for good people—fostering relationships that lets clients express their purpose, transform their brands, and move their businesses forward. His clients include: ACCION, Credit Suisse, JPMorganChase, Prudential Financial, C-SPAN, Hunter Douglas, MeadWestvaco, Shaw Industries, Westfield Group, Versace, The Metropolitan Transit Authority of NY and NJ and the NAACP Legal Defense Fund.
