Eric Ryan

Associate

Eric Ryan is an Associate with Teneo’s Risk Advisory business, based in New York.

Eric focuses on advising clients as they navigate a range of internal and external threats to their people, information and infrastructure. Eric works on client projects assessing corporate resilience maturity through the lens of today’s global geopolitical and threat landscape and also develops mitigation plans that protect the critical assets of Teneo’s clients.

Prior to joining Teneo, Eric worked at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom LLP as a Legal Assistant in the Firm’s International Litigation and Arbitration Group. During his enrollment in graduate school, Eric completed an internship with Control Risks in Bogotá, Colombia, during which he helped guide private sector clients on political, security, social and regulatory risks to client investments and operations in the Andean region.

Eric graduated from Harvard with a B.A. in Sociology and Economics in 2017, and most recently from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs in February 2024 with a M.A. in International Affairs. Eric is also fluent in Spanish.
