Elizabeth Irvine-Cadman

Associate Director

Elizabeth Irvine-Cadman is an Associate Director with Teneo, based in London. Elizabeth joined Teneo in July 2016 after completing her PhD (originally joined boutique strategy consultancy Credo, acquired by Teneo in 2017).

Elizabeth primarily works within the Technology Strategy and Transformation practice and has worked extensively with Private Equity-backed and FTSE250 clients on a wide range of strategic topics, including: corporate & business unit strategy, market assessment, pricing and revenue growth, cost-base optimisation and bid support (particularly revenue strategy/forecasting). Elizabeth has worked across a number of Teneo’s core sectors but with particular focus in Software & IT Services, Business & Support Services, and Lotteries & Gaming.

Elizabeth holds a first-class MA (Hons), MRes (Distinction) and PhD from the University of St Andrews. Her PhD examined organising practices that operate as cementing/anchoring mechanisms and act to circumvent ephemerality in intermittent, temporary and project-based organisations.
