David Logue

Senior Managing Director

David Logue is a Senior Managing Director with Teneo’s Financial Advisory business, based in London.

David has spent most of his career in the restructuring market and has over 18 years of banking and lender experience. He has worked on many complex restructuring transactions, including both workout and debt to equity solutions, as well as managing equity ownership from the bank’s side. David has worked across a wide range of sectors and asset classes, including real estate, oil and gas, retail and structured transactions. He specialises in complex multi-stakeholder situations.

David joined Teneo from Barclays where he was Deputy Head of EMEA for their Special Asset Management business, managing a wide range of multi-lender and bilateral distressed situations. David previously sat in the Commercial Real Estate Group within the Barclays Investment Banking business, where he focussed on lending and structuring of real-estate-backed loans for securitisation.

Prior to joining Barclays, David spent two years at M&A boutique Hawkpoint Partners as a corporate finance sector generalist.
