Clark is a Senior Managing Director with Teneo’s capital advisory business segment.
Prior to joining Teneo, Clark was the Founder and Managing Director of Gray Ghost Advisors, advising emerging clean technology companies on strategic planning, capital formation and transaction execution.
Clark began his investment banking career in M&A at Morgan Stanley, executing transactions in a variety of industries including: utilities, natural resources, transportation and media. He was then appointed to a role in firm management before focusing on healthcare M&A as a Vice President.
After Morgan Stanley, Clark was a Principal at Bank of America Securities, helping to found the Transaction Development Group.
Clark graduated, cum laude, from Princeton University with an A.B. in Economics. Mr. Dees also received an M.B.A. and a J.D. from the University of Virginia.
He sits on the Board of Advisors of Turning Earth, an organic resource recovery company, and was a Founding Trustee of the Lefferts Gardens Charter School.
