Claire Moriarty is a Senior Vice President with Teneo. She creates and executes investor relations strategies for Fortune 500 companies across a range of industries.

Claire supports clients through strategic milestones including M&A transactions, IPOs and spin-offs, strategy and leadership transitions, crises, and other special situations. She has extensive experience in developing equity narratives, planning Investor Days, reporting quarterly earnings, conducting investor targeting, and advising on shareholder activism.

Prior to joining Teneo, Claire was a financial controller at Morgan Stanley where she helped to oversee the financial and regulatory reporting for the firm across investment banking, equity, and fixed income products.

Claire holds a B.S. in International Business, cum laude, from the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business.
