Charles is responsible for the day-to-day management of Teneo’s Financial Communications practice in the UK.

An Investor Relations and Financial Communications specialist with over 20 years of experience, he has advised some of the UK’s leading businesses on their capital market communications.

Starting in 2005, Charles spent two years in New York advising U.S. listed companies, as well as multi-national, dual-listed clients. He has also lived in Washington D.C., where he worked in the public affairs arena.

In the wake of the 2008 financial crisis, Charles advised on numerous capital restructurings, working with companies through their negotiations with lenders. He has also advised large European-based businesses, helping them to expand their profile on the international stage.

In 2011, he co-founded Pendomer Communications, which became one of the leading advisors to the FTSE 250 as well as to several international businesses before being acquired by Teneo Holdings in 2015.
