Cali Goldberg is a Vice President with Teneo Management Consulting, where she focuses on developing go-to-market strategies and driving implementation of multi-functional growth initiatives for her clients.

Most recently in her role, Cali led the work to define the new value proposition for a $19B spin-off business from a Fortune 30 technology services firm. She also has experience in project management, including managing the nationwide launch of the new app release and rewards program for a leading Health and Wellness company, market-sizing and market-entry analysis, as well as ESG organizational design and priority-setting.

Prior to joining Teneo, Cali was a digital media analyst at PMX Agency, where she helped to develop digital marketing strategies for her clients. She has experience in aiding brand reinvention through the introduction of refined targeting efforts and enhanced personalization tactics to reach the right audiences.
