Cali Goldberg is a Senior Vice President in Teneo’s People Advisory practice, where she partners with C-suite leaders and executives to drive large-scale transformation across people, process, and organization. She has extensive experience designing and delivering strategies that align talent and culture with corporate growth objectives.
Cali has advised Fortune 100 and private equity–backed companies through moments of change, including leadership transitions, spin-offs, acquisitions and cultural transformations. She has designed and executed AI-forward leadership frameworks, full-day executive leadership workshops, employee communications and engagement, CEO-level 360-assessments, and safety and culture initiatives.
Earlier in her career at Teneo, Cali advised clients across industries on corporate strategy, growth and organizational design. As a member of the Management Consulting team, Cali advised a $19B technology services company pre-and post- spin-off, including defining its new customer and investor value propositions and building an initial “playbook” for its sales team.
