Austin Allaire is a Manager in Teneo’s UK Management Consulting division with over 5 years of experience in the professional services industry.

Austin has extensive experience in managing and delivering large-scale, global transformation programmes, particularly those with a people focus. This includes deep practical expertise in post-merger integrations, cost base optimisation, collective consultation, and target operating model and organisational design.

Prior to joining Teneo, Austin received an MSc International Management (Distinction) from Imperial College London and a BBA Accounting & International Business (Magna Cum Laude) from Baylor University. He has also held positions in Big 4 accountancy firms in the United States and South East Asia.
