Andrew Lee is a Senior Managing Director and the Head of Teneo Executive Social, where he and his team focus on elevating CEO and C-Suite clients across the most influential digital and social platforms, in order to drive their online presence and communicate authentically with their stakeholders.

Andrew works with a wide range of executives on social media strategy, digital profile development, thought leadership and positioning on the major social channels, reputational management via search, and online crisis preparation and response.

Prior to joining Teneo, Andrew spent more than five years working in Silicon Valley at Eventbrite, the world’s largest digital ticketing platform. During this time, he served in a variety of roles centered on strategy, operations, and solutions, building company and brand partnerships with clients such as Bon Appétit, Food Network, HBO, NBA, Pepsi, and PGA Tour. Andrew was with Eventbrite from its time as a Bay Area tech startup, and through its growth into a global $1bn+ unicorn and IPO success story.

Prior to this, Andrew served as Editorial Director of Hipolitics, a digital media platform fusing politics and pop culture, featuring exclusive content from celebrities, athletes, and politicians. Before his career in digital technology and social media advisory, Andrew spent six years working in higher education, both as a lecturer and researcher in American and Canadian universities.

Andrew has also worked abroad for the Japanese government developing cultural exchange programs in Kansai. He began his career in the Teach for America organization, teaching young people in disadvantaged urban communities in Northern California.

Andrew holds a B.A. in English from Syracuse University, an M.A. in Politics from York University, and an M.A. in Sociology from the University of California-Santa Barbara.
