Andrew Grant is Chair, Strategy & Communications UK with Teneo.

Andrew is widely regarded to be one of London’s most experienced and respected advisors to Boards and their executive teams.  In an advisory career that spans more than 30 years across Burson Marsteller Financial, Brunswick and 22 years at Tulchan, Andrew has advised both UK and international corporates on almost every circumstance faced by a company.  In addition to his core focus on Financial Communications, he has built deep expertise in advising on M&A transactions, IPOs, Governance issues and critical situations.

In 2000, Andrew founded Tulchan Communications.  Over the subsequent 22 years, he built Tulchan into one of London’s pre-eminent advisory firms with a staff of over 90 people in London and Singapore serving over 100 clients.  In January 2023, Tulchan was acquired by Teneo and Andrew was appointed Chair of the combined Strategy and Communications Practice in London.
