Alissandra Moone is a Director with Teneo’s Financial Advisory business, based in London.

Alissandra has over eight years’ experience advising global corporates, lenders and shareholders across both public and private sectors.

She is primarily focused on complex debt and capital advisory and restructuring situations and recently advised the senior syndicated Lenders of ED&F Man on a $2.1bn cross-border restructuring and recapitalisation which incorporated a new $300m facility to provide a runway for the Company to deliver an operational turnaround and divestment strategy.

Alissandra’s experience ranges from business reviews, cash flow monitoring, senior debt restructurings and financial advisory to contingency planning, options analysis and formal insolvencies. Her core sector experience includes commodities, construction, property, leisure, industrials, healthcare, manufacturing and business services firms.

Alissandra is a Chartered Accountant, and prior to joining Teneo, was an Associate Director in EY-Parthenon’s Creditor Advisory business and has connections across the UK clearing banks, international lenders and the fund communities.
