Senior Managing Director

Adam has acquired his expertise in strategic communications (media relations, crisis management and strategic planning) through two decades of involvement in journalism, politics, law and consulting in various roles in Canada and the U.S. He has advised senior leadership of high-profile companies as they were experiencing complex public policy and communications challenges.

Previously, Adam practiced law at the Montreal office of Norton Rose Fulbright (then Ogilvy Renault), sat on the editorial board of the National Post in Toronto and was Washington, D.C. correspondent of The New York Sun. Adam is co-author of two books on Canadian politics.

In the voluntary sector, Adam is a director of Golf Canada and of Dunham House. He is a fellow of the Montreal Economic Institute and of the Royal Canadian Geographical Society.

Prior to joining Teneo, Adam was Co-Founder and Managing Partner of HATLEY Strategy Advisors, a Montreal-based public affairs firm. HATLEY was acquired by Teneo in 2020.
