Teneo Appoints Simon Hemsley and Michael Callow as Managing Directors
Teneo, the global CEO advisory firm, today announced the appointment of Simon Hemsley and Michael Callow as Managing Directors with Teneo’s Management Consulting business. Simon and Michael will work across Teneo’s Business Services practice in London, utilising their extensive experience across commercial due diligence (CDD), strategy and value creation projects.
Prior to Teneo, Simon worked in finance and commercial roles in the financial services industry. In his last operational role, he was CFO of IntegraFin, an innovative investment platform that floated on the London Stock Exchange in 2018.
Simon works across a range of sub-sectors, including wealth management, financial services technology, governance, risk & compliance (GRC), offshore fiduciary services (private clients & fund administration), insurance, office of the CXO (services into the C-suite), outsourced business services, legal & accountancy, sustainability, specialist recruitment, hire, train & deploy (HTD) and HR technology & services. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Prior to Teneo, Michael was a Partner at Armstrong Transaction Services, where he built their tech practice from the ground up. Prior to his time at Armstrong, Michael was Interim Investment Director with Connection Capital LLP, where he executed LBOs and minority growth investments.
He started his career in CDD at PwC’s Strategy Group (formerly Coba) and went on to spend a decade in venture capital / growth equity in corporate finance, principal investing and client-side roles.
