Simon Hemsley is a Managing Director with Teneo’s Management Consulting business, based in London.
Simon works in the Business Services practice, where he has extensive experience across commercial due diligence, strategy and value creation projects for private equity funds and management teams. Prior to Teneo, Simon worked in finance and commercial roles in the financial services industry. In his last operational role, he was CFO of IntegraFin, an innovative investment platform that floated on the London Stock Exchange in 2018.
Simon works across a range of sub-sectors, including wealth management, financial services technology, governance, risk & compliance (GRC), offshore fiduciary services (private clients & fund administration), insurance, office of the CXO (services into the C-suite), outsourced business services, legal & accountancy, sustainability, specialist recruitment, hire, train & deploy (HTD) and HR technology & services.
Simon is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
