Tia Di Salvo is a Senior Vice President in Teneo’s Strategy and Communications business, based in Washington, DC. She advises leading global organizations on high-stakes matters at the intersection of business, politics and public opinion.
A trusted critical issues strategist, Tia partners with executive teams navigating complex policy, legal and regulatory challenges, particularly during moments of heightened scrutiny, operational disruption and multi-stakeholder pressure. She advises clients on crisis preparedness and response, litigation and investigations support, executive visibility and reputation recovery to help organizations manage risk, shape public narratives and protect enterprise value.
Tia also serves as Chief of Staff for Teneo’s DC office, helping drive the firm’s strategic growth, operations and market positioning in one of the world’s most consequential policy centers. Working closely with senior leadership, she plays a key role in strengthening Teneo’s presence and expanding its capabilities across the Beltway.
Before joining Teneo, Tia was part of the corporate issues and capital markets team at global PR agency Weber Shandwick in New York City, where she advised on M&A, litigation, and public affairs campaigns.
Tia holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations and political science from Hofstra University. She currently serves on the Junior Board for Washington Performing Arts, supporting its mission to advance the arts as a catalyst for community engagement through world-class performances and arts education programs.
