Rachael Erskine

Rachael Erskine

Senior Managing Director

Rachael Erskine is a Senior Managing Director with Teneo’s People Advisory team in London. Prior to joining Teneo, Rachael was a founding partner at Ridgeway where she led the Governance practice as well as their business in Scotland.

Rachael works across our UK client base, specialising in CFO appointments. Rachael has extensive UK and international experience including Europe and US and works across all sectors and with FTSE 100, FTSE 250, SmallCap, private equity backed firms and growth companies.

Her professional career started with KPMG in London where she qualified as an ACA chartered accountant. In 1997, Rachael moved to New York with KPMG and subsequently joined a global recruitment firm to establish their office. She has successfully built up recruitment businesses in both the UK and US.

Rachael has an MA (Hons) in Psychology from St Andrews University and is a qualified chartered accountant. She is a mentor of The Kilfinan Group and is a Director of the Scottish Chamber Orchestra’s Board of Directors. She is also a member of Women Leaders Group for 25×25 which is an initiative to get to 25 women CEOs in FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 by 2025.
