Hayley Wood is a Manager in Teneo’s Financial Advisory business, based in Birmingham.

Hayley has experience of working on independent business reviews, short term cash flow reviews and large trading Administrations, most recently the high-profile Administrations of Arcadia and Bulb.

Hayley is a member of the real estate and construction sectors. Hayley had a wide experience of working with retail real estate on the Arcadia Administration, as the principle point of contact for Landlords during the trading period and store closure process for c. 400 stores. Further to this, Hayley negotiated and managed the sales of 20 Arcadia retail freehold stores. Hayley also field managed the audits of a house building subsidiary of a FTSE 250 company and an airport group with a large investment property portfolio whilst working in Deloitte audit, which expanded her interest in property and construction.

More recently, Hayley has gained an extensive knowledge of electricity and gas markets as a key member of the Teneo team working on the Bulb Special Administration. Hayley has been supporting the electricity and gas traders on a daily basis and analysing and reporting on Bulb’s trading to the key stakeholder, the UK Government.
