COO Strategy & Communications, Continental Europe

Elvira Pignal is COO of Teneo’s Strategy & Communications business in Continental Europe. She is a strategic advisor in communications and reputational positioning, helping both French and international clients address complex business and reputational challenges.

Elvira brings a strong international perspective to cross-border communications strategies and multi-stakeholder mandates, having worked extensively across Europe and South Asia. She has successfully advised the leaders of international organisations on corporate communications, public affairs, media relations and ongoing corporate positioning. Elvira also has significant experience in crisis communications, including complex financial restructurings, cybersecurity situations and policy or regulatory challenges.

Most recently, Elvira was a Partner with Kekst CNC where she led the establishment of the company’s Mumbai and Paris offices. Prior to this, Elvira was a Director with Brunswick Group in London and Brussels.

Elvira began her career in reputation and opinion polling, specialising in qualitative and deliberative stakeholder research. She holds a Master’s Degree in International Politics from the School of Oriental and African Studies at the University of London.
