Elisabeth Field is UK Head of Strategy and Campaigning at Teneo, based in London.
Elisabeth partners with clients across the business to shape and deliver integrated campaigns during moments of growth, transformation and heightened scrutiny. She works closely with senior leaders to align corporate strategy, reputation and stakeholder engagement – enabling organisations to translate strategic ambition into sustained, meaningful impact.
Prior to joining Teneo, Elisabeth served as CEO of Eulogy, where she led a multi-year transformation from a traditional PR agency into an integrated creative communications consultancy – strengthening commercial performance, embedding strategic rigour and driving sustained cultural renewal.
Earlier in her career, she served as Managing Director and Deputy Head of Corporate Reputation at MHP Communications, following senior leadership roles at Red Consultancy and Four Agency Worldwide. She began her career at BSMG Worldwide and Weber Shandwick, advising clients across international markets, including extended secondments in the Middle East.
Elisabeth holds a BA (English Literature) and LLB from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand, a Master’s in Sociology from the University of London. She has also completed the MBA Essentials programme at the London School of Economics.
