Claudia Polli

Managing Director, Financial Advisory

Claudia Polli is a Managing Director with Teneo’s Financial Advisory team, where she focuses on designing and implementing value creation strategies for both corporate and private markets clients, with a focus on private equity funds and their portfolio companies.

Claudia has extensive experience advising C-suite on strategy execution, large-scale business transformation, operating model optimization, organizational culture and complex stakeholder governance. She has worked with clients across a range of industries and geographies, with a focus on Financial Services in Europe and Asia. Claudia is passionate about sustainability and has been involved in several ESG and long-term value initiatives. Within Teneo, she leads the Financial Advisory APAC ESG and long-term value offering.

Prior to joining Teneo, Claudia was a Strategy and Transactions Director at EY-Parthenon as well as holding similar roles with Accenture, PwC and Willis Towers Watson in London and Hong Kong. Over the years, Claudia has also provided pro-bono support for a range of non-profit firms and initiatives in South America, Asia and Europe.

Claudia is fluent in Italian, English and Spanish.
