Charlotte Osborne is an Associate Director with Teneo’s Management Consulting business, based in London.
Charlotte specialises in supporting NHS and private providers to deliver strategic transformation across health and social care services. Her expertise includes developing clinical strategies, transforming models of care, forecasting future demand and capacity requirements and leading end-to-end service reconfiguration programmes to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
Prior to Teneo, Charlotte was a Senior Manager at CF, a leading healthcare consultancy. She began her career as a Carer with Bluebird care.
Charlotte has a Bachelor’s degree in BioVeterinary Science from The Royal Veterinary College and a Master’s degree in International Health Management from the Imperial Business School.
