Caroline McTague is a Senior Vice President with Teneo; she advises her clients on solving complex issues and managing high-impact initiatives. Caroline specializes in crisis management, executive profile building, brand management, and digital engagement.

Throughout her career, Caroline has worked closely on executive transition, crisis & litigation, M&A, and shareholder activism. She has worked across various industries, including technology, financial services, mining, retail and non-profits.

Prior to joining Teneo, Caroline worked at Kinross Gold Corporation in the corporate affairs group focusing on stakeholder relations in operations, brand management and government relations.

Caroline has been at Teneo since 2016. She graduated from Dalhousie University, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in International Development Studies.
