Athul Ravunniarath is a Managing Director with Teneo’s Management Consulting business, based in Boston.
Athul serves as the Commercial Diligence Lead for Teneo’s global Private Equity Growth practice. In this role, he advises private equity sponsors, hedge funds and portfolio companies that invest in software and IT services on buy-side and sell-side commercial due diligence and value creation initiatives.
Athul has advised investors and management teams across a wide range of software and IT services businesses, helping clients identify growth drivers and competitive advantages across the value chain. His experience includes working with next-generation cybersecurity, Human Capital Management (HCM) and IT infrastructure platforms, as well as Office of the CFO solutions and the broader ecosystem of managed service providers (MSPs) and value-added resellers (VARs).
Prior to joining Teneo, Athul was a Managing Director at Stax, where he focused on software and IT services. Earlier in his career, he was a Consultant at Altman Solon, specializing in strategy and transaction advisory across the technology, media and telecom sectors.
