Alyson Rumball is a London based Associate Director within the Value+ team with experience in supporting underperforming or financially distressed corporates, across a wide range of sectors.

Alyson works collaboratively with management teams to navigate periods of turnaround and restructuring. She specialises in providing hands-on support to improve forecasting processes and visibility, cash management, working capital optimisation and cost reduction.

Alyson also has experience advising lenders through financial restructurings and working on trading administrations.

Prior to joining the Value+ team, Alyson was a Financial Controller of a FMCG start up and spent 5 years in Deloitte’s audit & advisory practice; providing services to publicly listed businesses and their subsidiaries.
