Katherine Kim Joins Teneo as Managing Director

Teneo, the global CEO advisory firm, today announced the appointment of Katherine Kim as a Managing Director in New York.

Prior to joining Teneo, Katherine was a Director with Brunswick Group, where she advised clients on a wide range of critical communications issues with a focus on M&A, activism and investor engagement, while also handling media relations, corporate reputation and issues management for numerous high-profile situations.

Before joining Brunswick Group, Katherine spent ten years as an investment banker with CLSA and JPMorgan, where she executed a wide range of M&A transactions along with IPOs, debt and equity capital raisings, recapitalizations, distressed situations, cross-border transactions and leveraged buyouts.
