David Scott Joins Teneo as a Managing Director in Toronto
Teneo, the global CEO advisory firm, today announced the appointment of David Scott as a Managing Director based in Toronto.
David is a highly experienced communications professional specializing in crisis communications, change management and transactions. He has worked with clients across the Americas, Europe and Asia in energy, financial services, government, higher education, professional services and resources.
Prior to joining Teneo, David ran his own consulting firm. He has held senior roles and headed the corporate and financial practices at NATIONAL Public Relations and FleishmanHillard. Prior to consulting, he led Scotiabank’s proactive communications team responsible for domestic business lines in banking, retail lending, wealth management, capital markets and economics. He served as a senior advisor to the President of York University and was a policy advisor to two Ontario Cabinet Ministers.
David has an MBA with a focus on strategy and marketing from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a BA (Honours) from Queen’s University.
